QUALIFYING INFORMATION


We encourage all players to sign up online through the ITF web-site (www.itftennis.com/ipin)
with their IPIN number by Thursday July 14, 2011, 18 days
in advance of the tournament Monday August 1, 2011.

You may also sign-in Thursday July 28, 2011 from 4-6 pm
at the Fairview Park Tennis Complex in
Decatur, Illinois (Get map)

Qualifying Play begins Friday July 29, 2011

Draw size limited to 128 players

$40.00 entry fee (cash only)

All players must have an IPIN number, have paid the $45 IPIN entry system fee and
paid all historic fines on their record before sign-in.

Log on to www.itftennis.com/ipin to pay online.

Must get to quarterfinals to qualify for main draw Tuesday August 2 through Sunday August 7, 2011
